Terms and conditions

  • Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions will apply to any contract formed between The SiteHub Ltd and the customer.

1.2 The SiteHub Ltd uses suppliers within local and surrounding areas. The suppliers are in contract with The SiteHub Ltd to supply the goods ordered via The SiteHub Ltd.

1.3 By Placing an order with The SiteHub Ltd, the customer agrees to be bound by this agreement.

1.4 The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to modify this agreement at any given time, therefore the customer is advised to check this agreement regularly. Before confirming an order with The SiteHub Ltd, we ask that you fully understand our terms and conditions before making payment.

  • Orders

2.1 The customer may place an order by phone, email or other means agreed upon by The SiteHub Ltd.

2.2 The customer shall provide all information required by The SiteHub Ltd in order to fulfil the order.

2.3 The SiteHub Ltd shall confirm the order and provide an estimated delivery time slot at the time of ordering. The SiteHub Ltd is not able to provide an exact time of arrival, therefore the customer should plan accordingly.

2.4 The SiteHub Ltd shall not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its control.

  • Payment

3.1 The customer shall pay The SiteHub Ltd the agreed price for the services / product (s) at the time of placing the booking prior to the delivery taking place.

3.2 The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to amend the price due to variations caused as a result of late payments.

3.3 Any loss incurred by The SiteHub Ltd in recovering outstanding or overdue payment shall be borne by the customer.

  • Quality and Quantity

4.1 The services / product (s) shall conform to the specification agreed upon between The SiteHub Ltd and the customer.

4.2 The quantity of product (s) delivered shall be as specified by the customer and confirmed by The SiteHub Ltd.

4.3 The customer is responsible for checking the quality and quantity of the goods upon delivery.

4.4 Any disputes regarding the goods must be reported to The SiteHub Ltd immediately at the time of delivery, no later than 24 hours’ notice.

      • Liability

5.1 The SiteHub Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of goods supplied.

5.2 The SiteHub Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government action and more.

5.3 The SiteHub Ltd liability in respect of any claim shall be limited to the price of the goods provided.

  • Termination

6.1 The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon written notice if the customer breaches the terms of this agreement.

6.2 The customer may terminate this agreement by giving notice to The SiteHub Ltd.

6.3 The customer must provide 48 hours’ notice prior to termination otherwise a cancellation fee will be payable.

6.4 Termination of this agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

  • Refund Policy

7.1 The SiteHub Ltd has a 7-14 working day timeframe for refunds to be processed. Depending on whom the customers bank provider, the funds may reach the account sooner than advised.

7.2 Once the refund has been processed, you will be provided with an email confirmation confirming the refund amount owed.

7.3 The SiteHub Ltd shall not be responsible for any delays resulting in the customer receiving a refund, based on factors beyond our reasonable control.

7.4 The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to withhold funds, if owed by the customer.

  • Complaints procedure

8.1 The SiteHub Ltd valves customer satisfaction and aims to provide a first-class service. We understand that the customer may wish to discuss their experience with The SiteHub Ltd and we welcome feedback as we continuously aim to improve services moving forward.

8.2 The SiteHub Ltd will require written communication to sales@thesitehub.co.uk or the address above.

8.3 The SiteHub Ltd has a window of 24 hours to respond and acknowledge the customers enquiry and we expect a resolution to be provided within 5-7 working days to the customer. Should this not be possible, the customer will be updated.

8.4 The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to close a case should the customer fail to provide information and or supporting evidence requested in order to support an investigation. Should the customer not provide communications to The SiteHub Ltd after 5 working days of being contacted, The SiteHub Ltd reserves the right to close the case.
